Joshua Light O’Dell (Writer)

Joshua considers his overactive imagination a welcome byproduct of growing up in rural Colorado. After high school, he attended the University of Colorado, majoring in Film and English. He is the writer/director of cliche 10-minute short that screened at the 2003 First Look International Film Festival in Denver, CO. After a stint in Seattle, WA, Joshua returned to Colorado where earned an MFA in Creative Writing in 2009. Joshua now lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife Alex. He loves writing screenplays, playing bocce ball, and nuzzling with his beloved cat, David Letterman.
