Damascus

Damsacus TeaserUpdate: Here is a teaser poster for the film. Obviously, this film is completely different then “Game On” in tone and theme. This one packs a punch like a thundering freight train.

Have a rough draft of the next, most likely, script for production. It’s tentatively titled “Walk to Damascus” but that may well change as we’re in the very, very early stages right now. No more information on the film yet though, you’ll just have to keep reading. The script estimates about 10 minutes. That could grow or shrink slightly depending on how it morphs through the second and final draft.

Considering a May or June shoot date. 4-5 days of shooting. There are two major pluses for this shoot. First, there is very little dialogue so sound won’t be as ‘difficult’ as “Game On” was (I also intend on hiring a sound mixer/boom operator so it really reduces the sound headache I had previously.) Second, it’s all outside during the day making lighting a bit easier to manage. Of course, being outside also has its cons: like environmental control (just ask anyone from the cast and crew of “Game On” about the crows.) Big minus for this one: a number of special effects both mechanical and digital.
